FM Property Maintenance is an independent repair, maintenance and home improvement company providing a comprehensive maintenance service to Domestic, Commercial, Retail, Estate Agents, Public sector and Private landlords, as well as Hotels and Guest houses across the Tees Valley area and beyond. Whether putting up a shelf or installing a new kitchen or bathroom, our aim is customer satisfaction.

Experience has taught us that speed is of the essence when working with both agents and private landlords. No one wants a property to remain empty, awaiting inventory or remedial repairs and cleaning. An empty property is not earning money. Therefore we work quickly, to ensure that you can soon re-market your investment and secure new tenants.

One of our tradesman will visit your home at your convenience and assess your requirements. FM Property Maintenance have the knowledge and experience required to complete the task with the minimum of disruption and inconvenience to you the customer. Due to our professional attitude and attention to detail, we have a wide base of repeat customers. We do not ask for payment until the customer is completely satisfied with our work.

Commercial / Retail

We work on a sub-contract basis with many large building contractors and commercial shopfitters, and are fully insured against public liability.

FM Property Maintenance can help with a re-design, procurement and installation of a new Kitchen or Bathroom. We can help with advice on space making, re-design or extension building.
